We drove from our home in Placerville at noon to meet with Jason at our appmt at 1:10. We did arrive earlier, and he got us in at 1:03. He told us it would take 2 hours- which was bad enough. However, we had to check with him when it was 3 and it was not done. Then again at 4. It was a very long day for us to wait to have them check out our transmission. We did not get out until a little after 4. We trust the inspection was sound. We like our car and as seniors on a fixed income, we surely don’t want any issues with it. It may be a 2011, but it’s new to us.
Jason answered questions when we called him yesterday to our satisfaction.
Thank you for wanting us to evaluate our experience. You have many nice people working at Roseville Toyota. The wait time was too much and this is our only complaint.
