I have had my Prius serviced at Roseville Toyota ever since I bought it nearly five years ago. I have been satisfied with every service technician that I have had and Josephine was great.
Yesterday, two things bothered me. The staff person sitting to Josephine’s right, a male, was not wearing a mask and he was talking to a male customer who also was not wearing a mask. The employee should be fired and other staff who walked by did not say anything to the customer. This should not happen.
Second, the staff person to Josephine’s left, a woman, nicely agreed to call Uber on her cell phone for me, since I did not bring my phone, thinking you still had shuttle service, and had the Uber driver go to my home instead of picking me up at the Toyota shop. I strongly suggest that if you have changed to Uber and Lyft for customer rides, that you have a system where everyone has the apps and are skilled in using them, or another method for that works smoothly to provide this service. As customers return for more service, there will be less of a need, because I will certainly remember to bring my phone next time and make the call myself. Note: When I made the appointment and said that I would need a ride home, there was no mention that you were using Uber and Lyft and that I should bring my phone in order to set up my ride.
