The girl who helped me was great! Only thing I was wondering is I didn’t have a key to my lug nuts but they said they had one that fit. Last time they said they didn’t but now they do? And looking at my dirty rims with dust all over then how did they rotate my tires and not having one smug or hand print on any of the rims. I have custom rims and locks.

It did take to long to do what was supposed to be done on my truck. It took around 7 hrs to resurfacing front rotters, balance 4 tires,do an oil change and scuff up front brake pads.

They burnt my vehicle when they put in the tiny they ordered a part and told me it was in when I went up there with for my appointment for them to replace it iand of course they ordered the wrong part now They are supposed to be ordering the new part and they tell me now it has to go to a body shop and I’m gonna be without my car for 2 to 3 days this is unacceptable. On top of that I waited at Toyota for an hour before they tell me they had the wrong part A waste of my day a waste of my gas.

I was really satisfied as my appointment was at 12:20pm today but showed up at 4:10pm. Roseville Toyota took care of me even i showed up late due to battery jump issue. In addition, Roseville Toyota service department completed the work on my car in 1 hour and 20 minutes. This was 40 minutes before service department closes at 6pm.
