Great service department and great service advisor

My car had a whining sound indicating a problem. Yes, I needed a wheel bearing replaced. He got it done for me on the same day of bringing it in and I had my car back by 4:00. It drives a lot better now. Thank you. The service I received was very professional and efficient. Thank you.

Steve was AWESOME! Major props to him. Unfortunately, your service rates are exorbitantly high so we had to go with another mechanic for the repairs needed. But again, Steve kept me appraised the whole way. I suppose my complaint isn't really with the service (which was great!) it with the price.

I did not have a good experience at all. I was helped by Kyle and he continuously got my name wrong throughout the day. I was getting a recall taken care of and specifically asked that my fluid levels be checked for a basic inspection, as I just drove halfway across the country. He agreed but looking at the paperwork given to me after my car was returned to me, it says I declined the service. Additionally, I had my oil changed recently but the maintenance light came on because the previous Toyota location my car was serviced at did not reset it. I told Kyle that I was not ready for another oil change, as the date did not come up yet and I still had 3,000+ miles as indicated by Toyota before I needed another service. Kyle refused to listen to me and turn off the maintenance light because “if the light is on, then I must need an oil change”. The final thing that upset me was that although the contents of the center console were bagged (as that’s where the recall focused), I was missing a hand sanitizer which I keep in the storage under my dashboard. I know it was there when I dropped it off because I had used it that morning. It was not included in my bagged items. When I came to pick up my car, Kyle was with another customer and instead of waiting to speak to me afterwards, he just sent me to the cashier to help return my car. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m not sure why I wasn’t treated with respect, or helped in the way that I asked. I will not be coming back to Toyota for any services.

Always enjoy Mike’s friendly attitude.

Car now has power steering light on for 30 seconds every start and now struggles to start after the service.
