The only complaint I have is when a short Valet brings the customer their car, it would be fantastic if the valet moved the seat back, so the taller owner can actually get in the car.

Very professional very courteous and very great customer service from everyone that supported me with my maintenance check in and service for my vehicle very professional staff.

While Joselline did a great job with orchestrating the service provided to my truck, I was disappointed overall with the experience in dealing with the Toyota service department Model. When I originally scheduled the appointment, I requested a quote for the service. The service coordinator was able to provide a quote at approximately $470. When I arrived for my appointment, I was little taken aback that that was the minimum of the major service packages, of Toyota’a cookie-cutter service packages, with no clear explanation of the benefits of spending $1000 more for a service except that “it’s highly recommended.” To complicate things, Joselline was unable to pull up past services completely by Dublin Toyota. Bottom-line, I felt the experience very impersonal with no value placed on me as a customer. With that I could not justify dropping an extra $1000 on services I wasn’t even sure I needed. On top of that, I explained some concerns I had with my truck regarding the transmission, the only option I was given to address my concerns was spending another $175 for a diagnosis. To sum it up, I didn’t feel Toyota cared about providing me the best service and experience possible and was rather more focused on running me through the line as another number. After nearly 15 years as a loyal Toyota owner who regularly services through Toyota, I was convinced it’s time to move on and find a mechanic who I can trust. Joe
