My advisor was good, but she was asked to take care of too many people. The valet said she was by herself and was hustling to get cars, but it still took a while. There was no place to wait safely to talk to the advisor. I did not see any sanitizing going on and there were sanitizing liquid around to use.

In my personal opinion I think everyone should deal with Michael North. His customer service is TOP NOTCH. He goes above and beyond to serve and make his clients feel at ease about their vehicles.
