I asked to get a whole new key fob made while my vehicle had an oil change and some other work done. . He misunderstood. When I arrived to pick up the car and key, the electronic component was not made. He stated all I have to do is come back, drop my car off for an hour and pay almost $200 for the one hour of labor.
