Cory was extremely professional and knowledgable with the company. I mentioned I would like a rental and needed to leave quickly. All of the staff “Natalie” at rental counter was amazing as well. Rachel in service who was my point of contact very high quality service. My only issue was Jason I’m used sales. Jason swift? His ability to set an appt is horrible. Never calls back and does not follow up knowing I had issues from time of purchase. Had it not been for all the staff. I would tell people of my bad experience.
And the salesman Rob, or Robert. Also very great.

Was told front brakes were at 1mm when they were at 2. Was not informed that there was an indication that the water pump had been leaking at some point. The Firestone technician alerted me to some pink residue at the water pump. Not sure how you missed that

Cory Lunsford is the best Service Advisor at Roseville Toyota. He will go out of his way to make sure your vehicle is finished right the first time. That’s what I like and respect about Cory - his perfection and friendly demeanor.
Cory Lunsford is the only Service Advisor that my family requests when needing service. My parents also are faithful customers of Cory. When I call for an appointment and Cory isn’t available, I wait until he returns before bringing my vehicle in. This is true for my parents too.
Cory will have another customer very soon. My 17 year old daughter will be getting her drivers license and I will be giving my Camry to her.
