Joseline was fine, except I forgot to schedule my next visit before leaving. Those servicing the Rav 4 did not do the normal "free car wash".

Frankly, Conor Egan is like a member of our family. Case in point, the unexpected appearance of the "Check Engine" light on my wife's 2006 Matrix this morning. We really needed the car and, without a scheduled appointment, drove in and hoped for the best. As I entered the service lane, Conor happened to look up and recognized me right away! He came out and greeted me, asked about the problem and then took me to his desk to get analysis underway. Customer Service doesn't get any better than Conor's professionalism today! He's a perfect example of why we're such satisfied and loyal customers of Roseville Toyota. Conor ROCKS!
