I made an appointment for an “express” service- and you had me there an hour and a half! After the guy checked me in, he told me they were “already backed up”, and it’d be an hour and a half wait. I’m not sure if you were understaffed, but no one seemed to be moving with much urgency if they knew there was an issue. It was a ridiculous wait time for a basic service when I had an appointment. You should plan your appointments more carefully.

This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Paul. He’ has an aggressive tone, and hostile body language. The paperwork he gave me was not at all what was discussed.

You said one question by the way. I originally had an appointment set for Oct 18 so I appreciate that there was an earlier opening when I called to inquire. The service and support was efficient and well managed. My service advisor was very thorough in explaining in particular what would be the focus of the service. At the time I made the appointment I asked about safety in the waiting area. There was little evidence that the area was checked and cleaned throughout the day. It was not dirty or disheveled not I never saw anyone wiping down the chairs or tables. Your service dept staff are very kind and gracious people. I really appreciated observing their respectful intersections with one another. When they say hello, I never feel it was just ceremonious. Thank you very much.
