Issues I have:
1) Irritates me you no longer wash the car. You guys charge a **** ton for your cars and service agreements. Wash my car when I bring it in.
2) Valet? You have a sign that says valet? Seriously? Get rid of the valet sign. They are not valets. I didn't enjoy a nice dinner and wine with my wife, and ask to have my car parked. Valet leads people to believe they need to tip.
Here is a tip. If I pay 50k for a vehicle, wash the **** thing when it gets serviced.

Though he did say he was very sorry, no consideration was offered for the inconvenience, especially since this service was to correct a problem created by the service department from a prior service.

I was uncomfortable with how many of your staff were not using masks and not socially distancing. Masks off or masks with noses exposed. People next to each other talking without masks. I have a 71 yr old husband with COPD And a 93 year old mother I care for. I don’t have any idea about the Covid protocols taken with my car while it was worked on and from what I see I don’t know whether the organization uses any health protocols with the staff. I dislike coming in for service.
