I took 3 hours to service my 2019 Toyota. When I scheduled this appointment I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours.
No excuses! Terrible service and this will be my last Toyota car. I asked to speak with a service manager without any feedback on why he couldn’t meet with me.

The car AC was making squeaky noise which your technician diagnosed as blower defect. I paid for the blower to be replaced and the frequency of the noise has decreased but not resolved.

The finance manager, was not on the up and up. He did not cuddle for my loan, he had a higher interest rate on my paperwork. I was having the window into service so I went to find out if my loan had gone through. It had not so after looking at my package..eventually got taken care by the assistant sales manager. Daniel W. Which saved me over $690 in interest. He took care of multiple problems from the loan to getting things repaired ,
I also should have been given two keys to the vehicle. It is not safe for me to only have one key. Can I get one?

A friend of mine told me & I confirmed with Shane today, 9/24/20, that synthetic oil chg for our Camry 2014 can be done once a year although it depends. I've been retired 4 years now & I don't drive too many miles from home.I am still satisfied with the services from Shane & also Victoria.

I went in to confirm that my gas tank is not getting all the gas it should and I was denied the proper test or inspection. Even though Steve is just following instructions from higher up, he is following the wrong instructions.
Get your act together Toyota, take responsibility for the mistake with Rav4 Hybrid gas tanks.
