I also believe I was supposed to get my running boards at no cost to me. And I thought the cross racks. But I ended up paying for running boards. And no racks.

This is why I do not use the Roseville Toyota Service Department once my initial prepaid services are completed. I have had great service when purchasing my vehicles (which I have purchased several), but have the worse experience with service.
