Michael and the rest of the vehicle check-in crew were great. I had an issue with a warning light that turned out to be nothing and while I was there I mentioned a recall issue which they took care of with no question.

I texted twice and called twice to see if my vehicle was ready. I had been told about 3 pm it would be. After no response to either my texts or phone calls, one of which was a woman named Rebecca, who was very unpleasant, I then spoke with a Heidi who was just wonderful. She told me that my vehicle was ready and that the paperwork would be done by the time I arrived. She had no thoughts when I expressed concern over my texts and phone calls not being returned. Mike Webster did apologise when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I am sure he is very nice, just very busy. But phone calls should be returned. I picked up my car about 5 pm and it was dark (hard on seniors). Plus, I had a friend follow me at 9 am to drop the vehicle off and without the assistance of knowing when it would be ready, my ride was ready to leave because I could not tell her when we would be picking it up. She had been planning on the 3 pm timeline I was initially given. Do you not have a ride shuttle? That might have helped me to not have to inconvenience anyone else.

You took 16 days to complete the service. I had to call the service manager and the manager for the whole place. I had to go down to the dealer ship twice because portfolio gave me the run around. I have hated this truck since I bought it in June. The main manager said he would call me back and get me into a good truck at a good price. He never called back. I'm not sure if I will ever buy a Toyota again based on the experience I had at Roseville toyota Nd I love the Tundra trucks this my third and probably my last. I think I may be going back to Chevy

Bought a brand new car from your dealership. One of the tires was loosing pressure. Was told there was a nail and they were not sure if it could be fixed. Waited more than an hr with no update on weather the tire could be fixed or not. I walked up to my service advisor told me tire could not be fixed and they would charge me 300 bucks to replace tire. I took it to America's tire and they fixed the tire for free
