Shane was great. No pressure handled the recalls that needed to be done. I do have to say that when I first arrived in the service drive up I was ignored by the valet. When she finally walked back by me I asked where do I go for service she rudely said she will check me in. Everything about her was off putting and if it was not for a recall I would have left. I did tell Shane and he told someone else and I think it was handled. Also your techs did a great job. The inside of the vehicle looked like it was not even touched when I think most of the work was done in there.

The service was great. My only issue was I did not appreciate the upsell of the recommemded alignment with the new tires. I've trusted Roseville Toyota for 20 years with my vehicles and want to trust them to only sell me what is actually needed to maintain them. An alignment with new tires is only needed if there are signs of miss-alignment, which there were none.

I was very satisfied with the service. I came in to have my tires rotated. Molly was delightful, sweet, helpful and energetic, especially for 7 AM. Personally walked me to my car when I forgot my phone. Showed me where to wait while the service was being completed. When I checked out she explained exactly what was done to my car, the additional service that was needed and done to my car. Entire experience was short and sweet. I was actually completely satisfied with my service advisor Michael Webster . I was upset that The Vallet service didn't bother to sanitize my car when they brought it back to me with the excuse that it was too close to closing time. For the record there were still 10 minutes left to close and the other car being picked up was being sanitized. When I said something about it he shrugged it off so I cleaned it out myself. And then he offered to do it cause it was making him look bad. What a terrible attitude.
