I expected to receive a detailed copy of the issues found by technician. What was done to correct the issue.
When my car was pulled up to pick, my display stated still in service mode. I ask young man and he replied just push ok it’s fine. Why was this done finished by technician?

My service advisor, Austin Wrighton, was very good. No complaints about her at all. Austin was professional and courteous. My reason for not being completely satisfied, was that I paid close to $500 for the service, and another $400 for a prior service, a few weeks ago. Rosevile Toyota has stopped washing the outside of the repaired vehicles. This used to be a perk and standard, with their services. I looked forward to this, and one of the reasons I've stayed with Roseville toyota. Now they stopped performing this service... due to Corona Virus? Washing the outside of an outdoor vehicle?? So as their customer, no reduction in price, just receive less for the service. So no, not satisfied. Thank you.

Ticket for my car was mixed up/ duplicated. I still received my car within a reasonable time, it just makes me wonder how easy it would be to mix something else up. My scheduled maintenance package cost and arm and a leg. I didn't complain about it, but if you're going to ask, it did not fill me with confidence considering how much this is costing me.
