I can’t believe I was charged for a rental car while I had 2 recalls completed. I have my lease up in February on my Tacoma. My wife’s is looking to upgrade from her 2018 Sienna to a Sequoia. I will not be using Roseville Toyota for anything ever again. I hope the $37.00 was worth losing a lifetime Toyota buyer. I’ve only bought Toyota for the past 20 years.

The wrong part was ordered upfront, the wrong amount of time was quoted. The last time I was here, the same thing happened. I needed the passenger side cup holder replaced, but the console cup holder was replaced.
