Toyota in Roseville works very hard to help its service customers. All Toyota employees are focused on helping thei customer. I have a few observations though regarding your operation. First, your service reps work too hard, each one is expected to do too much. I have seen that in many of your reps. Perhaps spreading appt. times out or something. Second, whoever moves cars around the lot needs to be super careful about denting cars. As a customer, I see how hard you work for us and appreciate that. I want success for your company.

Process for picking up vehicle not smooth because we used early drop off and didn’t have an advisor assigned to us which you required. Also maintenance reminder on dashboard wasn’t reset so we had to figure out how to do it. Shouldn’t have to spend that time

I had an issue with the blower “blend door” not opening and closing on my 2015 Toyota Corolla. I drove 30 minutes one way to get there and the Toyota technicians didn’t even take the time to look into the issue or bring up a diagram to look it the work needed, they just threw a crazy number (est $2,000) after 10 minutes of looking at my car at it saying they would need to disassemble the entire HVAC and said they would need to keep the car all day. I am a mechanical engineer by trade and was hoping to be able to rely on the dealerships knowledge and resources. Instead I was annoyed by their ignorance and disregard for my issue. I turned down the service offered and took the car home to begin my own research. After an hour I had removed the motor blower assembly and fixed the blending door, then took another hour to re-assemble this compartment. So I was extremely disappointed that Toyota was so far off of their estimate, and didn’t even take the time to look at the assembly diagrams to see what needs to be done. I guess my expertise is worth $1000 per hour so I’ll be doing all my own maintenance/troubleshooting on my car from now on. This dealership is not worth my time.
