I had 21,100 miles on my vehicle, but the service advisor said I’m due for a 15,000 mile service. She also said the technicians checked my oil level & I did not need an oil change. I checked the oil myself, and it was a dark brown color, appearing an oil change would have been necessary. I also showed her recall paperwork for my vehicle (Fuel gauge), and inquired if I could have Toyota take care of it, which she looked at and said I did not have a recall- even though she pointed out her self the link on the paperwork that stated “recall.” My car was also not washed, which I thought was part of the complimentary services?
