Corey does an outstanding job! Communicates above and betond normal service advisors and makes a service on ny Tacoma feel more like I am visiting a friend for a couple hours. The wait was longer than usual Saturday about 2.5 hrs. But again, this is something Corey told me four days before that when I requested to have my service done on the weekend. So I knew what to expect. As a result I brought my iPad and had breakfast at the O’Sully café and just relaxed. To this day Cory is the prime reason that I still come to Roseville Toyota for service. Otherwise I would do my full services at home. As I know **** and typically used to until I met Corey after purchasing this Tacoma.

My car was there for over 8 hours and nothing was done. I had an appointment and called several times check and was told it was not ready. I then called and talked to Mike, the service manager, who told me he would get back to me. After 30 minutes of not hearing from him I called and said I was picking up my car in 15 minutes. When I arrived I was just handed my keys with no explanation. I asked if anything had been done to my car and was told no. Mike stated if I had left it until 5 it would have been ready. I asked how that was possible considering I had been told all day that the diagnostic for the fuel tank took 4-5 hours. When I asked why the oil change had not been done Mike stated he did not know I was supposed to have an oil change. My car was there for over 8 hours and when I called to check I was treated like I was bothering him. If somebody would have checked they would have discovered that nothing had been done. We have purchased several vehicles from Roseville Toyota and always had service done there. After yesterday I will never be back!
