When I made the appointment for an oil change, I was told it was going to take an hour. Upon arrival, they couldn’t find my appointment even though I showed them my confirmation email so I was given to a different advisor. That advisor then said that I was supposed to be with the original advisor but she’d check me in. It took 2.75 hours total and I was given back to the other advisor. While I was waiting in the cafe, your salesperson was fishing for business and I agreed to take a test drive after feeling pressured. After the test drive, the salesperson tried to get me to pull my credit to give me a price even though if we bought I would be paying cash. When I said no, I was given to another sales associate and that sales associate never gave me a reason why and wouldn’t look at me when he was walking the halls. The other sales associate wouldn’t stop pushing when I said that we were just in the fact finding part of the process (like years out from actually purchasing). It was a really slimy experience and I don’t know that I’ll bring my car back for service there.
