It was a busy morning at the dealership but I had an appointment. I was told that my car would be ready at 1. I didn't receive a call so came in around 1:10 only to be told another 45 minutes or so more. How easy it would have been for someone to call me to communicate the delay.

Paul is a great service rep! My only disappointment was that the $175 diagnostic test I paid for was NOT applied towards the $578 labor to install the recommended part which I purchased from a Toyota inventory warehouse. My 2001 4Runner has ONLY been serviced by Toyota! In the past 12 months, Roseville has charged me over $5000 parts & labor. Tony Aflague

Very pleasant service advisor ( Alexander) shows a lot of patience. I have a hearing loss. Service was routine, expected to take 1-1.5 hours. I got the car in 2.5 hours, so longer than expected. All Toyota people are very friendly And dealership super clean w amenities. Give my best to Cole Anderson, the best manager in the automotive business in the No Calif region.

Took to long. 2 1/5 hrs. A couple of things were recommended to be fixed but i wasn't advised of them until the car was finished and parked. Would have needed to restart the process all over to fix them. It wasnt Mr Vegas fault as the service area was a zoo that day.Iv bought and serviced 3 vehicles from you and never seen so many people/vehicles in the service area at once. You need to look at the way you are scheduling appointments they are to close together.
