Service was great, the only thing I was disappointed in was that I was unable to get the complementary car wash with my oil change and tire rotation. Please bring the car wash back! It is also advertised on the website as part of the excellent service at this Roseville, CA location. I also appreciate the disinfectant mist at the end.

Toyota staff and Derek Adams exceeded my expectations. Derek informed me that I would have to leave my vehicle overnight to take care or a recall. He arranged for a ride home for me with Lyft. The technician who worked on my vehicle stayed late to perform the recall fix. My vehicle was ready by 8:00 am the following morning. I have nothing but praise for the service I received.

Steve guided me through the process with ease and texted me when new key was ready. New key fob did not work to unlock rear doors and passenger side door when tried so Steve determined that it may be electrical problem and would have to bring back at later date to research by repair shop. Said I would do that. I went and visited a friend after that, he tried opening doors and was able to do so. I was waiting too long for second click and that made a difference. All is good, I now have two key fobs that work. Left message for Steve with good news.
