We first brought our vehicle in on October 19th after the check engine light came on. We paid the $175 diagnostic fee, but the dealership was unable diagnose the issue. We were assured the vehicle was safe to drive, but the problem was not diagnosed. After having the vehicle for a few days, the check engine light returned. On October 28th, we spoke with the service advisor who instructed us to check the gas cap and driver the vehicle for 80 plus miles before brining it in. The issue did not resolve itself and the vehicle was brought back in on November 7th. We were once again charged $175 diagnostic fee, as we were told this was not the same issue. Since the previous issue was not diagnosed, we are unsure how it is that they could be labeled different issues. We were given a small discount, but not nearly the amount of the $175 charged for the additional diagnostic fee. We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience. Though the vehicle was not purchased in Roseville, it has been there for almost every service appointment since the day we got it. This kind of experience makes us want to look elsewhere for any future service.

I had a very simple problem, put air in tires and replace the 2 missing stem caps. When I got home, the stem caps had not been replaced. Alex gave the caps to my son the following morning. Thank you Alex.
