Lots of miscommunication between the team. They lost my keys, couldn’t find my car, and was given hope multiple different times that my car was going to be finished, when it wasn’t. I was told my car may or may not be done around 10:20, so I communicated with them multiple times that I had work at 11. So when I checked in with them at 10:20 I was given hope that it wouldn’t take much longer and that I should be okay for work. So I’m waiting and it’s getting getting close to 11 so I walk in and let them know so I could get a ride to work because my car is still not finished. Well while I’m waiting for my Lyft, they finish my car. So they canceled my ride to work... but then they misplaced my keys and couldn’t find my car making me 30 minutes late to work! Super frustrating, no communication between the team, and it’s unfortunate that I had to take the hit for their mistakes.

Please instruct all the employees to do their job, don't hurry up the work. It depends to them the life of the engine and the people that driving that car. Check everything before they release the car after maintenance. And clean the engine after changed oil.

I had called and scheduled a 15k mile check. On the phone, the guys asked me a bunch of questions and took notes of the 2 or 3 other concerns I had for them to look at.
On the day I arrived, only 1 of those was padded toy service manager and only after I left with what I thought was completed service did I realize they had never passed those notes on and now I have to come back again (taking time off work) to re-address those concerns.
Also, my maintenance alert in my vehicle was not reset and it comes on every time I start the vehicle.
