Derek was fantastic about keeping me up-to-date both ahead of my bringing in my vehicle, and while it was there being worked on. It was seamless dropping off and picking it up. No one has an answer for me about my bumper separation. At last service I was told this was identified as a 2018 model problem but no fix has been found by Toyota yet. I bought this vehicle new so I did not expect to have any problems with it falling apart. At the very least, if there is a problem I expected Toyota to fix it within a reasonable time. That hasn’t happened.

It took around 3.5 hours for an express service. Alexander was not very responsive. It seemed that he didn't want to deal with me. Kept waiting for him for 10 minutes one time when my car was ready. I was not told about an inspection item which came as red. I wasn't aware what needs to be done about that. I had to talk to valet, valet talked to 2 techs and at last I was sent to talk to Alex. The other girl (service manager) near Alex's desk helped me and the girl at valet was also helpful.
