When I came to pick up my car which they said would take almost 4 hours but was ready in less than 2 hours so I had no way to get back. I came to pick up my car and the man who originally helped me forgot he had even checked me in and my paperwork was with someone who was not in her office. I waited almost 30 minutes just for someone to take my payment and then waited at the valet to get my car. I’m paying for my services out of pocket now and it’s frustrating to have bad service.

Kyle, is the most fantastic customer service representative. He makes you feel like family. He’s knowledgeable, informative, and put our priorities first. He’s the can-do guy, and the reason why we keep coming back to Roseville Toyota. We had a really bad experience with Carlos when we called. Even though we were stuck on the side of the road, Carlos could not help us and he ended up hanging up on us. Totally the worst customer service. Carlos appeared to try to get us off the phone as we were trying to solve a problem, and then he ended up hanging up on us. The worst of the worst! It’s so good that Kyle called us back, he really is the best! He totally took care of our problem. I would like to send A complaint about Carlos. When you listen to the phone call, you’ll see that we were explaining that we are on the side of the road and needed help. All it would’ve taken Carlos to do is go to someone who had some knowledge, and get us the answer. But being hung up on is unacceptable… Ever! Please give Kyle our best, and Roseville Toyota should be proud that they have a customer service rep like himDonna and Mike Baer
