The car was never washed. I was told that the car wash was not not working but there was no mention of when or if there would be any wash.

Feel like it was a waste to have been rescheduled to come back just to have a tech on site just to be told after my vehicle being there all day that a diagnostic was not run because there was no light on (check engine etc. ) when I had already told the person 2 weeks ago that there wasn't a light on.

My appointment was for 3pm. Got to the dealer about 245pm. With an appointment I still had to wait close to two hours. The day before, I had the oil changed on another car without an appointment. It took about two hours. What's the point of having an appointment if the wait time is the same as having the same service without an appointment. You have to manage your appointment times better. Thanks.
