I made an appointment for 230 for a basic oil change not even a tire rotation just a basic oil change. I waited until 415 and went back to my advisor to ask if my car was ready he said he said it be another 5 to 10 minutes I got checked out at 4:31 and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my vehicle I didn’t pull out of there till about 445-ish and after a long day at work I thought it was an absolute joke to have to go there and sit there for a regular oil change that I had an appointment for the max time should’ve been at least 45 minutes maybe even an hour but it was just a joke if you don’t have enough people don’t take so many walk-ins take care of your appointments first make them a priority.

Even though I scheduled my appointment for airbag replacement online in advance, he asked me if I called ahead to make sure part was in. Initially told me it would take 4-6 hours. I told him my paperwork from Toyota said about an hour. When I told him I would not stay he called someone and they said 2 hours. It got done in about an hour and 45 minutes which was fine. Not sure why they bother with online scheduling.

Molly tried to sell me first 4 new tires, then 2, then couldn’t give me a clear explanation of why a nail hole couldn’t be repaired. I took my car to my usual mechanic and tire was fixed in 10 minutes for $20. My car has 15,800 miles on it. I asked Molly if I could talk to someone with mechanical knowledge when she clearly didn’t know what a silicone injection patch was. She said no one was available. I am a young 69 year old female and felt like she was dismissing my questions...ageist.
I have filled out this survey before and have never had a response. I will not be buying any cars from John l Sullivan in the future. Lasher sand Neillo service was far superior. Sally Nichols

This is by far the worst feeling the worst dealership I've ever been to your employees walking around with masks off of there faces how is that safe for anyone and even managers sitting across from customers not even wearing a mask yeah this was the worst experience ever I went outside far away sat on the curb because people are being childish about this whole covid and not caring about other peoples life's great leadership skills bravo as a company you guys are awesome bunch of idiots not caring about others. Derek was amazing ! Making sure all the parts were available before starting, arranging Lyft both ways and finding me outside the building because he knew I had an 11 appointment. I’ve never had such great treatment !
One thing I’d say is it sounds like the scheduling and parts departments need to get on the same page !
