Paul and Miss Mathews where amazing! When I go into a dealership I know that I’m paying a premium for getting representative like that! He called me to give me all my updates and let me know what was going on, and Chelsea was able to help me understand what I was paying and why a great way to end your experience. However, Ariel in the Toyota rental service desk was completely rude, I check out the car with her and she seemed as if I was bothering her and she just told me to sign for a few thing but at no point did she let me know I would have to return it by a certain time to avoid a additional day charges (I understand that I should read what I’m signing) or that I have a return time, (I called Toyota and they let me know that I should not have to pay for a rental since the recall would of taken almost all day) but non the less I was okay with Paying for a rental since I was already planning to, when I came to return it back at 9 in the morning she told me that I missed the deadline and would be charged a whole day so I asked okay then I will take back the rental since I have a whole day change for being 45 mins over my time. My biggest issues is not the charge of it... like I’m paying over $100 for oil change. It how rude and condescending she is. I hope you coach her on how to handle a guest. I was 150 mi from home very concerned because they all-wheel drive and the traction lights were on and the check engine and he got me right in had them do their little test found out that it was only because the battery had gone dead and he was very concerned make sure I got taken care of so I can get on the road and I'm very pleased
