I appreciated their updates on the progress on our vehicle. That’s very important when trying to plan when you’re going to come to the dealership to pick it up being that we live in Sacramento which is 40 minutes from our house on a good day. We were disappointed that we had to call to get the service doneBecause there was a paperwork foul up and had I not called we probably still would be waiting to have the things then with the extras that we bought put on the car.
