The service department scheduled my service to replace a damaged weather strip on my brand new truck and they called and confirmed my appointment for today yesterday. When I arrived I waited an hour for them to finish to receive a phone call that they never even ordered the part and I have to come back after taking off work to get in and get it fixed.

This was the second time I brought my vehicle in for the same issue. Both times I was told they could not find the problem. They said it was due to it not happening when they had the vehicle. I left my vehicle there for a whole day hoping they would drive it around a few times a day. I was told when I picked it up they drove it for 1 mile. I had to explain that the issue is periodically and it needed to be drove more. So I am sure it will be back for a third time.

After I arrived and turned over my keys to the attendant, Ihad to wait quite a long time at the desk (about 15 minutes, I believe) to be attended to. I was taken to a work station with no one to wait on me.
Once he arrived, he apologized fir the wait, and the rest of the service went well.
