I had to pay $175 to just have my car looked at. And then they tried to tell me that it was a $2700 repair. I know for a fact that the part plus labor would not be more than $185 total. I don’t know what kind of racket is going on here. But it’s probably the last time I bring my car to the dealer.

While I am now vaccinated I still feel uncomfortable being too close to others. I like to wait outside in the courtyard outside the regular waiting area. Why don’t you put more chairs and maybe umbrellas out there. Today there was only one chair and it was taken. I had to hunt quite a bit to find a place to sit where I could maintain a distance from other people. Other than this it was the usual good experience. Michael was great.

Yes thank you. My car seems to be running nicely. I especially want to compliment Cole Anderson! Cole tried to call me repeatedly to tell me my car was ready for pickup! I never answered his calls/— because I never recycle them. Not his fault of course, first of all , my phone was on the fritz and it was blocking all my calls ( unknown to me. And even though I had left him another number to call I guess there must be a reason you did not call that other number so That man was very gracious but it was Rey difficult racing over at the last minute when you actually had two numbers, Shame!
