I came for routine tire rotation with an appointment. I had to stay almost two hours, then the advisor told me that I don’t need a tire rotation because my rear wheels need to be replaced, so they did not rotate the tire. Then I went to Sam’s Club tire center and Les Schwab and both advised me that there is no need to replace the tire right now, that I can at least drive it for 3000-4000 miles. The same thing happened last time during my oil change and tire rotation with appointment, which took me 3 hours. I am so disappointed with the Roseville Toyota Service Center. I have been a customer for almost 15 years and bought my cars there and had them serviced there.
