I contacted the parts dept and ordered a windshield visor thru Jim. But Jim failed to advise me that the part did not include the hook. Then I contacted service and they installed the part which did not work without the hook. Now I had to order the hook and have service repair all with more labor cost and time. Jim in parts should have advised the hook did not come with the visor.
