I never spoke with Kyle, as he had other customers. Cory helped me and was nice enough. The blonde middle aged woman in valet was rude and dismissive, and the sales folks outright harassed us while we were trying to look, including Colin S who, after we stated multiple times we weren’t interested in buying today insisted on giving us his card so we could call if we wanted anything opened and then said he’d just hover nearby and then proceeded to follow us and interject in our conversation. For two women alone this is uncomfortable and borders on creepy. He introduced us to his “associate” Walter in case we came back tomorrow who, upon coming to the conclusion we weren’t buying today dropped all indications of customer service and said “bye” brusquely while turning away. I’ve had pretty good service up until now, but this made both myself and my partner extremely uncomfortable, to the point that she said that when we’re ready to get her a new car, it won’t be from you guys.
