I super appreciated the timeliness of my issue. I was just disappointed that when it was discovered that the problem all stemmed from the person who previously did the recall work forgot to plug my seat warmer back in. I didn’t care the mistake was made but it seems that instead of trying to say how happy they were I didn’t have to pay the diagnostic fee there wasn’t an apology for the needless time I had to spend to correct the problem.
