Cory did good. But when I sat up my appointment, the email was incorrect. I was NOT going for an oil change and that I was going to drop off my truck. I never said neither one of the things mentioned. So whoever took my appointment needs to work on getting the details straight. It was just the routine maintenance. I am super happy as to how Cory and the other young lady went the extra step to find the Extra Toyota care package I bought in Texas. I hope that whatever they did, it will come back up for future services. I’m glad I finally had my recall fixed, I just can’t believe my appointment was for 12:20 and I was there until after pm.

When I first bought my Toyota it never made the clicking noise that supposedly is normal for Toyota’s. However, the other day my neighbor has the same make, model and year and when he pulled up the other day I had him leave his car run and it wasn’t making the clicking noise. This should have been told to me and the thousands of Toyota owners before we purchased the car. If I wanted a vehicle that sounds like a diesel, I would have bought one. I will follow up with corporate.
