Simple thing to remove a nail from a tire but regarding the brake noise it is on going issue will hope it come to an end but not yet .

I really liked how your service people were attentive and saw that I had a stroller and helped with the door before i got to the door. It was very helpful and made me feel very satisfied with the service. Also i was assisted right away I only had to wait for one customer in front of me but it wasnt a long wait and then my time there felt really fast i was like it's already done? Very great job today.
