I purchased wheel locks this visit and was told the key would be in my cup holder but it was in the spare tire area in the rear of the car. The issue was, for reasons unknown, they had disabled the power lift gate somehow by pressing a button that I was unaware of located in the glove box. It took six service people to diagnose the issue and resolve it while forcing my lift gate open and closed several times while doing it. You really should return a vehicle to the customer in at least the same operating condition you receive it. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Poor communication, waited almost 5 hours before an update when first bringing car in before being told it would need to be kept overnight, then wasn’t given any updates until closing time the next day that it would be in for a week. Also my audio issues were not tested before returning car and I’m still having issues with the audio/head unit.

I originally had an appointment with Conor Egan at 10:10 AM. I got there and was told he wasn't in and that Jason would help me instead. Initially, I had an appointment to check out my A/C unit. But, since I only had an issue with it one time, Jason suggested I wait for the problem to be more consistent so I wouldn't have to pay for something I didn't necessarily need, which I appreciated. I ended up getting an oil change and tire rotation instead and Jason told me that it should be done around noon and that he would call me once the service was completed. I never received a phone call, text message, or email stating that my vehicle's service was completed. Instead, came back to check on my vehicle around 2 PM and was told that the service had been completed an hour and 20 minutes prior. This was more than frustrating since I had to cancel plans because my car wasn't done by the time I was quoted and nobody even bothered to contact me about it.

Appointment was at 830. Was told it would be done between 11-12 for fuel pump recall work to be completed. At 11 I walked up to get an update. Paul was no where to be found. Waited a good 20 minutes then asked someone else for an update. Of course “they have no clue” and said to wait for Paul. Noon comes and still no Paul to be found. Someone said he was at lunch to which I responded an hour lunch? No response. Then I see my truck out in the lot done and finally Paul comes back and has no clue where my paperwork is and said they were still working on it. I said it’s awfully hard to be working on it in the parking lot. Anyway, finally get my paperwork. Tire pressure on my paperwork said it was adjusted to 36PSI when in fact they weren’t touched. All 4 of them were set at 41 right where I personally put them so why they lie on the paperwork on work done is shady. I will find another dealer in the future if I need it since I do most of my own maintenance and this visit is a classic example why to stay far away from stealerships.

Micheal Webster took the time to research whether I was eligible for a discount. He called San Diego Lemon Grove Toyota where I had bought the tires. They didn’t find the paperwork. So then Micheal looked at my old file at Roseville and found that us could get a discount. He spent a lot of time researching all this for me.
