Told all tires checked and filled with air. I asked specifically about spare. Was told it was serviced. Psi indicators on way home showed 4 active tires at 36 psi and spare at 31 psi. In cold weather the spare will trigger a maintenance required alert if it drops to 28 psi. This happened last winter. Annoying.

I’ve been a loyalist customer for 13 years (bringing my cars for service on a regular bassists), but this time around the service was horrible (Below the Sullivan standard). They moved my stuff from the back seat and threw it in the back trunk. All my paperwork from work got messed up, out of order. If you touch something, I would have expected that they would put it back in its place, the way they found it. Anyways, I was truly disappointed this time around.

I’ve highlighted since I bought the vehicle new in 2017 that the inside had a foul odor when the heater was on. I have heard a different explanation each time I have brought it in and today was no different. The only solution offered in the past was to change the interior filter and see if it goes away (at my expense). That was offered again today after my explanation that it hasn’t worked in the past. I declined the filter change. Today I was told to turn the air conditioner off 2 minutes prior to turning off the vehicle as a solution.
