Conor was great. No complaints there. But plenty of complaints about the multiple individuals inside the dealership either not wearing maska appropriately or not even pretending to wear one. No one working there was monitoring or enforcing it. I get it. It's Placer County. Needless to say I won't be back. Even some of the employees were in this group.

I am very impressed with Samuels’s professionalism. He took the time to listen to me and he clearly understood my problem with the car. He then explained to me, after the service was completed how the heads up display could be adjusted.
I will be in next week with my wife’s car for service and I will ask for Samual as my service advisor. This young man has a terrific attitude and I feel he will go a long way with your organization.
