Vehicle was returned filthy and rep said I couldn’t get a detail until first week of August, even though detail was supposed to be included prior to return. Also when valet drove up my car the windows were down even though I had been told that due to new window tinting the windows were not the be down for 3-5 days. I am very dissatisfied with customer service and lack of cleanliness especially with Covid.
