Austin was fine , however today July 6th I called to inform you that 4bolts were missing from the shield on the bottom of the front end of Sequoia. I called at 9:10 in the morning and the gal that answered was a bit rude and quick to get me off the phone. She said I would receive a call back . It never happened. Sad to say my first time there was not a good experience. I just want my bolts back so my shield is not hanging loosely off my truck. A month ago I purchased a 2018 Toyota Sienna wheel chair accessible van not sure if I want to take my Toyotas for service there. J.**** ****-****-xxxx

Derek was very professional & thorough with the service work on my car. While I enjoy the free beverage in the cafe, I find the sales associates very disruptive in trying to sell you a new vehicle while waiting. I was approached on two separate occasions. A better approach could be to set up a table in that area should someone wish to inquire about the purchase of a new vehicle.

Got an cost of around 1300 on the phone. Told him to email me what was being done. This time the estimate was $1770. Finally got my car back today and the cost was around $2000. He has added the diagnostic amount to the repair. If he has been honest with the correct amount I would have been ok with it. But the fact that he changed the amount continuously left a bad taste in the mouth. He was basically nickel and dimeimg me. My family and in laws have had over 8 Toyotas go your service center for nearly 20 years. This is going to change. I will no longer trust Roseville Toyota .
