I've bought four cars and one truck there. Know I don't want to be like this but it has to be said. I have never been treated like **** before like your service department has treated me and my wife. The men there need to be trained there attitude ****. It starts with there boss . He's miserable ****. If he worked for me I would have to let him go.When you deal with them you feel like your getting scammed because the try not to hold up to simple warranty that Toyota offers. I would like to file complaints against these guys. There's plenty of people that would take there job and change the department. We were over charged on are service and they haven't fixed the brake issue that has been with the truck since we drove it off the lot. I need to talk with a higher up to resolve the problems. We were appointed that the car was driven over 30 miles and the gas wasn't replaced, we replaced the gas in the rental car. We were disappointed to see the car was only cleaned in specific spots for lumar and now we have to wait to wash the rest of the car. We were told not to wash it before we brought it because it would be getting cleaned for the lumar to be applied. Also no one even bothered to go over the window tinting or lumar recommendations for after applications when we picked it up. I am grateful the information papers were in the car for us to read.
