Service was mostly great. 1 inconvenience. I had a car seat, and I had to keep carrying it back and forth across the service driveway. You guys obviously know the process, but I didn't. Someone could have told me I could set it down at the valet while I walk back and forth to the desks. I survived, no big deal, but it could have been as easy as a simple comment from someone.

Conner coordinated the service of my 3011 Highlander. I thought the problem with the starter battery was going to stump the repair/maintenance team. It didn’t they found what was causing the battery drain like a forensics team solves a crime but much, much faster! Great service! I absolutely trust Roseville Toyota with the professionalism they provide with service reps and mechanics. Today they took my truck in on short notice, reviewed the recent brake job issue I had and fixed it. They recognized the problem and made it good for me. Toyota stands by there customers. FYI- I have only owned since 1981, Toyota vehicles. One car and six trucks. That may answer your question better than anything I write.
