I forgot to leave my key fob when dropping off my vehicle. Steve called me immediately and was very conciliatory about my mistake. Thanked me for responding back so quickly with the key fob. He answered my question about the safety of driving my vehicle after being rear ended and having the airbags registering as malfunctioning.

The personnel were highly professional even though they could not find my scheduled appointment and fit me in with the safety concern I had regarding the check engine light & TRAC OFF light.
