Austin my service writer was fantastic! My concern is with other staff not wearing masks or not putting one on when I asked. I am fully vaccinated but am still recovering from a very serious health concern and wear a mask all the time. One person, when I asked him to put on a mask before I got close said: I am fully vaccinated and I don't have a mask. I refused to get within 10 feet of him. People lie about being "fully vaccinated", and I don't trust them. Either a mask, the clear barrier, or stay 6 feet or more away from me. I do not want a serious medical issue because someone lied. The Delta varient could be dangerous to me. Thank you for considering your medically fragile patients who may not look medically fragile.

Came in for a 5K miles maintenance, which they said consists of oil change and tire balance/rotation. Upon receiving the truck back, I noticed a shiny nail sticking out the front driverside tire. Jason said he will fix it for free and it will take an hour. I came back the next morning and was waiting for nearly 2hrs. After getting back the truck, I drove on the freeway and the steering wheel started wobbling vigorously. When I brought it in, there was nothing wrong with the brand new truck, now it's unsafe to drive. I'm taking it else where to get that fixed.

Not often can someone say that the service was outstanding. Well I came in for an oil change and tire rotation I mentioned my forerunner was on a recall for a fuel pump replacement. Conor Checked the computer and found that the part is in stock and offered to do the work today. In addition I was provided with a lift both home and return which was an added nicety. Your service
