My service was quick and thorough I got a call Midway through to give me an update and then it might take a little bit longer to to finding a nail in my tire Alex was very friendly and informative and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Sometimes going to a dealer for service can be a little intimidating assuming they're going to upsell you on things or try to sell you a new car This was absolutely not the case and I am very glad I made the trip

I was told my Toyota Care service would only take an hour and a half since it was routine service, but it ended up taking three hours. Service advisors had no idea that my Tacoma had a plug to check the differential fluid in the rear differential. Everyone was very professional and very friendly though. Not upset and overall happy with taking my truck to Roseville Toyota.

It felt like my car was violated and taken for a joy ride , I notice many things driver seat was all the way down in the laying back position , stearing wheel was left un locked and dangling when the valet brought it to me the back seat arm wrest was down like people were in the car for a ride that arm wrest was never down for use and my stereo settings were changed and air running and also 40 miles placed on the car during services I don't know where the car needed to go but I expected the car back as I left it , I had to reset the car before I could not even drive it with out wrecking it since the steering was deliberately left unlocked there is no reason any of things should have been changed other then How far forward or back the seat was for proper driving and safety. And the stereo should never have been touched at all it should have been off where I left it. As far as the llumar and tinting yes I Love it but I had to go through and clean the car myself after that. Megan was exceptionally wonderful and smiles love that and helpful always great service rep loved her thank you.
