Dissatisfied went to get tire replaced but drove off the lot with the tire light on dashboard still on. Had to come back next dat to have car looked at again. Another tire was reading 20psi but paperwork indicated that all tires were checked and filled to 36 psi. Disappointed that had to come back and that obviously not all tires were checked

Wrong fluid was flushed to inverter requiring 3 visits to correct the problem. There was no compensation for the inconvenience of the error which was made by the dealer. I’m not sure I would really want to come back for further service at the Dealer!!!
On the last visit, I had to interact with the service manager who did not call me that evening to update on the situation with no update in the morning as well on the day that I finally picked up the vehicle. Not a very good way of doing business. I will have to reconsider my options for further maintenance of my vehicles.

of expediting the pick up of my vehicle. Connor was with an existing customer and with the assistance of another team member (Who recognized the existing customer, and offered to help without having to be asked) facilitated the payment and pickup. This high level of customer service is exemplary.
